PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring sensor capable of executing high-speed measurement processing. SOLUTION: EPGA 130 includes an internal logic part 300, a soft macro microprocessor 200 for controlling the internal logic part 300, and an internal memory 250 for storing measurement data. The internal logic part 300 executes operation processing by combining a plurality of measuring processing logics by a hardware wired corresponding to an operation content, whose content is designed according to a sensing purpose. Then, filtering processing is executed to an operation processing result of the internal logic part stored in the internal memory 250 between the internal memory 250 by using a controller 205 of the soft processor 200 inside the EPGA 130. Hereby, data are transferred between the soft processor 200 and the internal memory 250, and high-speed data transfer and high-speed data processing become possible. COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
