PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clip device of biotissue having high convenience, facilitating the operation and being stably used. SOLUTION: Engagement portions 2d and 2e projecting inward are attached at the distal ends of arm portions 2b and 2d of a clip 2 for gripping the biotissue. An engagement object portion 3e is provided at the tip end of a clip fastening ring 3 which is fitted by the clip 2 and axially moves to open/close the arm parts 2b and 2c, leg portions 3c being outward opened while extending rearward are provided at the rear end part of the fastening ring 3, and engagement portions 3d projecting inward are provided at the tips of the leg portions 3c. The fastening rings 3 are fitted around a plurality of clips 2, engagement portions 2d and 2e of one clip 2 are engaged with the base end portion 2a of another clip 2, the engagement portions 3d of one fastening ring 3 are engaged with the engagement object portion 3e of another fastening ring 3, and the plurality of clips 2 and fastening rings 3 are axially connected and disposed in a tube by being sequentially inserted into the inside from the distal end of the tube 1 insertable in a living body cavity.
