PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory system with a flash memory device. SOLUTION: The memory system includes a flash memory device, and a dual port memory which exchanges data with the flash memory device. The flash memory device utilizes a part of a memory area in the dual port memory as the working memory, accordingly, a circuit structure may be simplified and the chip size thereof may be reduced.
