MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION PROGRAM, RECORDING MEDIUM WITH THE PROGRAM RECORDED THEREON, MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION DEVICE, AND MAN-HOUR ESTIMATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve precision of estimating overall man-hours for a series of operations under the consideration of an estimation error depending on the attributes of an operator included in the estimated man-hours of each operation.

SOLUTION: The man-hours of each operation configuring a series of operations widely vary depending on such attributes as an experience or skill of an operator. Then, the man-hours for a series of operations are estimated under the consideration of an estimation error depending on the attributes of the operator of each operation. In detail, the estimated man-hours for each operation are divided into an estimation error depending on the attributes of the operator and a model error depending on the estimation method of the estimated man-hours, and the estimation error and model error of each operation is statistically accumulated, so that it is possible to estimate the overall man-hours for a series of operations.
