PURPOSE: A bone implant material manufacturing method and a bone implant material prepared by using the same are provided to smooth supply, to reduce infection possibility, and to improve a bone reproducing ability by thin-film coating the bone implant material with a coating material by using a synthetic bone implant material, such as a beta-triphosphate calcium as a bone implant material. CONSTITUTION: A bone implant material manufacturing method comprises following steps. A bone implant material (100) is prepared. At least one of magnesium, hydroxyapatite, and a mixture of magnesium and hydroxyapatite as a coating material (200). A surface of the prepared bone implant material is thin-film coated with the coating material, wherein a thickness of the coating material is varied according to a speed of absorbing the bone implant material at a site where a damaged bone tissue is located. |
