This high-frequency heating treatment apparatus (10) comprises lower and upper electrode devices (100, 200). The lower electrode device (100) comprises an electrode plate (101). The upper surface of the electrode plate (101) is covered with a flexible thin film (102) made of a resin. A pipe (110) is annularly arranged between the electrode plate (101) and the thin film (102). A plurality of holes (110A) are formed in the pipe (110). The upper electrode device (120) is configured similarly to the lower electrode device (100). A biological part (R) is placed between the electrode devices (100, 120), and high frequency power is applied between electrode plates (101, 121), whereby an affected part in the biological part (R) is dielectrically heated. Water introduced in the pipe (110) blows out from the holes (110A) to produce water streams (Q1, Q2). Thus, water (W) between the electrode plate (101) and the thin film (102) is stirred. Accordingly, heat generated on the surface (Ra, Rb) of the biological part (R) is efficiently absorbed by the water (W) through the thin film (102) in contact with the surface (Ra, Rb). |
