The trailer (1) has beaconing devices (2, 3), where each beaconing device comprises an axle supporting a body of the beaconing device. The beaconing devices comprise complementary coupling units (6) coupled together in order to form a rolling base of the trailer. The coupling unit includes a complementary immobilization unit between the beaconing devices. The immobilization unit is configured to rigidify a connection between the signaling or beaconing devices, so that bodies of the beaconing devices are immobilized. Independent claims are also included for the following: (1) a traffic lane signaling or beaconing device (2) a method for implementing a static temporary signaling or beaconing on a place of traffic lane.
