MASONRY HEATER WITH HORIZONTAL FLUE GAS FLOW LEVELS AND DRIER

Invention related to heating systems, where masonry heater is used to accumulate the flue gas. The offered invention is distinctive of the masonry heater being divided into two or more horizontal levels by bulkheads, where each level is divided into sections by partition walls. From the furnace (1) hot flue gas under impact of natural or artificial draught of the chimney along the partition wall flows to the lowest point of the masonry and through an aperture of the lower horizontal level flows into the lowest level (5), under the impact of heat flue gas rises to the level vault and flows along it to the next partition wall, through repeating such a cycle for several times. Thus the masonry bottom is heated and by cooling the flue gas gets into the upper levels (6), to continue the cycle described above. Over the upper level of the flue gas flow one or more shelves (7) are located to dry fuel or other articles.
