The present invention pertains to compositions of functional food-products, particularly to mixtures and compositions useable in traditional nutriment as healthy foodstuffs for prevention of morbidity as well as food additions. The functional food-product group consists of products balanced with biologically active compounds. Such products predispose the human organism to positive functionality and decrease risk of falling ill. According to the mentioned invention the mixture of functional food-products contains granulated whole linseed and/or ground powder of linseed marc in weight ratio 20 till 93 percent that is mixed with dried Jerusalem Artichoke and/or powder of chicory roots in weight ratio 2 till 30 percent, bran of wheat and/or rye in weight ratio 5 till 60 percent, and/or powder of calcium carbonate/citrate in weight ratio 1 till 10 percent. The mixture can contain in weight ratio 5 till 40 percent complementary additions selected from group: granulated nuts, whole or granulated seed, seasonings, dried, granulated or whole berries, dried, granulated or whole fruits, dried or granulated plants or their parts, germinated dried grain, whole or granulated grain, cereal flakes. |
