PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a condominium office investment management system capable of increasing business profits for business entities of both a supply side and an owner side of a condominium office and clarifying future profits and losses.SOLUTION: A condominium office investment management system clearly grasps various present states of a condominium office property which is an investment target, analyzes investment effects and risks for both a supply side entity and an owner side entity of a condominium office based on a financial statement or the like when an economic condition is maintained as it is, and further analyzes investment effects and risks based on the financial statement and a consumption tax simulation result list created in view of an economic state including a property state and the trend of consumption tax rates to provide an index for business development.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
