PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transmit a method of handling an error generated in an image forming apparatus, to a mobile device of a person located in an error-handling position, at an appropriate timing, to be displayed on the mobile device.SOLUTION: A system 100 includes: a plurality of image forming apparatuses 102 connected over a network; and a mobile device 105 which issues a print command to the image forming apparatuses 102. The image forming apparatus 102 includes: an error detection section which detects an error of a print job executed by the image forming apparatus, to determine the content of the error; an error handling method determination section which searches and acquires an error handling method for handling the determined error, on the basis of the content of the error determined; and an error information notification section which controls the mobile device to acquire the error handling method, by use of position information of the mobile device transmitted from the mobile device 105.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
