PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a delivery management server that allows a manager of delivery work to grasp delivery states of packages at a receiving site for each delivery destination, and to adjust the number of delivery staffs to be assigned to each delivery destination at the receiving site depending on the delivery states.SOLUTION: A database section of a delivery management server 110 maintains delivery management data which manages delivery states of packages arrived at a receiving site 30b. A processing section of the delivery management server 110 communicates with a delivery staff terminal 120 and a supervisor terminal 130. The processing section of the delivery management server 110 updates the delivery management data in response to reception of package delivery data which indicates that the packages have been delivered from the delivery staff terminal 120, and displays on the supervisor terminal 130 the delivery states of the packages having arrived at the receiving site 30b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
