PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a circuit apparatus configured to prevent a problem due to a rapid change in voltage conversion factor, and an electronic device or the like.SOLUTION: A circuit apparatus includes: a voltage detection circuit (battery voltage level detection circuit 190) which detects a power supply voltage VCC from a charge storage section 400; and a DC-DC conversion circuit 120 that converts the power supply voltage VCC, to generate a conversion voltage VC2. When the power source voltage VCC falls within first to third detection voltage ranges, voltage conversion factors are set to first to third factors. When the first detection voltage range is detected at a first timing and when the third detection voltage range is detected at the next second timing, the DC-DC conversion circuit 120 changes the voltage conversion factor from the first factor to the second factor, and then from the second factor to the third factor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
