This rubber composition is formed by mixing, for every 100 parts by mass of a rubber component that contains 20-80 mass% of a modified conjugated diene-based polymer (A), 60-100 parts by mass of a filler (B), 0.9-2.4 parts by mass of a phenolic resin (C), 0.07-0.2 parts by mass of a methylene donor (D), 1.5-2.1 parts by mass of a thiuram-based vulcanization accelerator (E), and 3.2-4.5 parts by mass of a sulfenamide-based vulcanization accelerator (F), and this tire is characterized by using said rubber composition in at least one member selected from a side reinforcing rubber layer and a bead filler, wherein the rubber composition can obtain improved flat run durability (durability during travel with a flat tire) at the same time as having satisfactory ride comfort during normal travel, and the tire uses said rubber composition in at least one member selected from the side reinforcing rubber layer and the bead filler. |
