Provided is a bird damage prevention optical cable, comprising a plurality of loose sleeves (2) distributed outside a reinforcement piece (3), protective layers (4) located outside the loose sleeves (2), inner protective layers (5) located outside the protective layers (4), and outer sheaths (7) located outside the inner protective layers (5). Each loose sleeve (2) internally comprises, at least, one light guide fiber (1). The bird damage prevention optical cable is characterized in that bird damage prevention layers (6) are provided between the inner protective layers (5) and the outer sheaths (7), and the bird damage prevention layers (6) are prepared from the following raw materials: medium-density polyethylene or low-density polyethylene or high-density polyethylene, epoxy resin, ultrafine steel fibers or glass fibers or silicon dioxide optical fibers, an EVA hot melt adhesive, an antioxidant, aluminum hydroxide, paraffin and carbon black master batches. Also provided are a manufacturing method for the bird damage prevention optical cable and a bird damage prevention cable. The bird damage prevention optical cable has main beneficial effects of easiness in manufacturability, good bird damage prevention effect, high production speed, high qualified rate of finished products, higher pressure resistance and higher impact resistance. |
