PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing device capable of improving position detection accuracy by performing position detection using an image with predetermined goodness of fit.SOLUTION: An image processing device includes: start/end image setting means for setting a start image and an end image of a plurality of images acquired in a time-series manner; image selection means for selecting a plurality of images of the images from the start image to the end image as selection images; goodness-of-fit calculation means for calculating at least one of the image quality of the selection images and the similarity between the selection images as goodness of fit; fitting image determination means for determining the selection image with predetermined goodness-of-fit as a fitting image; and detection means for detecting a corresponding position in the start image and the fitting image, and detecting a corresponding position in the fitting image and the end image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
