PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress an influence on transponder communication in an on-vehicle noncontact charge system.SOLUTION: An immobilizer ECU 22 stops power supply to a primary coil L1 in transponder communication through the transmission of a stop command signal SC to a noncontact charge device 40. By this, an influence on the transponder communication caused by an electric wave from the noncontact charge device 40 (primary coil L1) associated with charge operation can be suppressed.
