摘要 A porous graphene, a graphene quantum dot, and a manufacturing method therefor. The method comprises: adding a graphene raw material into an acetic acid aqueous solution of chitosan; using the chitosan as a stripping agent, and obtaining porous graphene by means of ultrasonic processing and centrifugal precipitation; and obtaining graphene quantum dots after a centrifugal supernatant dialysis. The obtained porous graphene has less layers and a greater transverse size of a slice, and the obtained graphene quantum dots have good dispersion and a uniform particle size. The manufacturing method is simple and feasible, and the manufactured porous graphene and graphene quantum dots have a high graphitization degree. The obtained porous graphene can be used as a carrier of reverse genetic transfection, and the graphene quantum dots can be used for cell imaging.
