Provided is an industrial manufacturing method for a damascenone, the method being characterised in that: compound A and compound B undergo a cyclisation reaction to form compound C, compound C undergoes a reduction reaction so that compound D is obtained, compound D is reacted with 3-hydroxy-1-butyne to form compound E, and the target damascenone is obtained via rearrangement of compound E. The present invention optimises the production process and the synthetic route, there are few side reactions during production, post-treatment is convenient, the production conditions are mild, and the present invention is suitable for industrial production modes. |
