PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemoluminescent gas detection device and a chemoluminescent gas detection method with which it is possible to suppress the generated amount of NOx and generate ozone efficiently without using a dryer or an electronic cooler in a supply path through which the air for ozone generation is supplied.SOLUTION: Provided is a chemoluminescent gas detection device comprising: a sample gas supply path 10 in which a sample gas containing a gas to be detected can be circulated; a high-concentration oxygen generation unit 20 for obtaining a high-concentration oxygen gas using a pressure swing method; a high-concentration oxygen gas supply path 30 in which a high-concentration oxygen gas can be circulated; an ozone gas generation unit 40 for generating an ozone gas from the supplied high-concentration oxygen gas; an ozone gas supply path 50 in which the generated ozone gas can be circulated; a reaction unit 60 for causing the chemical reaction of the gas to be detected and the ozone gas to occur; a light measurement unit 70 for measuring the amount of luminescence of the luminescence based on the chemical reaction; and a gas detection unit 80 for detecting the gas to be detected on the basis of the measurement value in the light measurement unit 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
