A pouch assembly for delivering a nutrient includes a plurality of pouches each defined by at least one panel of a material sealed at sufficient edges thereof to define an interior receiver. Each interior receiver may define the same or a different volume. The plurality of pouches are co-aligned in parallel and adhered to one another across at least a top width dimension thereof to define an assembly top seal. The at least one panel of material includes a predefined scoring disposed to provide the assembly with a frangible assembly tear line whereby each pouch of the plurality of pouches may be opened simultaneously at a same location. An optional assembly side seal may be provided. |
