Disclosed is a laser machining method for sapphires, comprising: acquiring an image when machining a sapphire; performing edge detection on the image to obtain a crack coordinate; according to the crack coordinate, determining a shift parameter; according to the shift parameter, adjusting a laser machining position; and according to the adjusted laser machining position, continuing to machine the sapphire. Disclosed is a laser machining device for sapphires, comprising a memory and a processor, wherein instructions which are executed by the processor are stored in the memory, and the instructions are laser machining steps for sapphires. Also disclosed are one or more non-volatile computer-readable storage media storing computer-executable instructions, wherein the computer-executable instructions are laser machining steps for sapphires, and are executed by the processor. By means of the laser machining method for sapphires, the precision and quality of sapphire machining can be improved.
