In a muffler of noise of the worked-out gases of a combustion engine that includes the inlet and outlet branch pipes connected to the noise-suppression cavity as a cylinder separated with a free piston into two volumes with connection with alternation to the exhaust openings of the combustion engine and environment through branch pipes placed at the opposite ends of the cylinder, and installed on the pipeline for discharge of worked-out gases to environment and connected to it volumetric compensator of gas flow rate and pressure changes arranged, for instance, as a cylinder with much larger cross section compared to that of the exhaust pipe, and installed in the exhaust branch pipe after compensator of gas flow rate and pressure changes shutoff body, for instance a rotary gate, at that the cylinder of compensator where the free piston is placed, is connected to the inlet branch pipe with four connection branch pipes, two at each end, in each of those gates are installed, and the gate installed in the exhaust branch pipe is placed in such a way that one connection branch pipe of those connecting the cavity of the cylinder of compensator at two ends to the exhaust branch pipe are placed before the gate of the exhaust branch pipe, and one connection branch pipe – after the gate of the exhaust branch pipe. |
