PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an entering/leaving management device capable of retraining a doorway from being left open and also restraining the doorway from giving feelings of discomfort to a passerby passing through the doorway.SOLUTION: An entering/leaving management device includes: an open state detection device 32 for detecting that a doorway is in an open state; a clocking device 43 for measuring a door opening time in which the doorway is in the open state by using the detection result of the open state detection device 32; a control device 44 for an alarm device, in which a normal time allowable opening time and an inactive time allowable opening time are set as the allowable opening time of the doorway in a switchable manner, and making an alarm device body 12 issue the alarm when the door opening time measured by the clocking device 43 exceeds the allowable opening time; and a setting time change device 46 for switching the allowable opening time set in the control device 44 for the alarm device between the normal time allowable opening time and the inactive time allowable opening time.
