PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition capable of improving insulation resistance during water immersion and excellent in tensile property and an insulation wire and a cable using the same.SOLUTION: An insulation wire 10 has an insulation layer 2 around a conductor 1, the insulation layer composed of a non-halogen flame-retardant resin composition containing 100 pts.mass of a polyolefin resin, 150 to 250 pts.mass of metal hydroxide and 1 to 50 pts.mass of organo clay surface-treated by silicone.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
