PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inexpensive skive heat radiation member that has improved heat radiation efficiency and at the same time has an improved skive fin shape. SOLUTION: This heat radiation member is made of 0.1-2 wt.% iron, 0.05-0.5 wt.% phosphor, and a copper alloy that is essentially made of copper and an unavoidable impurity for the remaining part, and has a plurality of fins that are formed in one piece by the skive machining of a base. |
