The method includes a continuous electromagnetic excitation radiation (S) periodically deflected in different directions, in order to produce several intensity modulated excitation beams (A and B), which are aligned on different test points of a workpiece surface (16,18). With which the heat radiation delivered from the test points is determined and evaluated. The excitation beam (S) is deflected with a frequency in the range of approximately 0.1 to 500 Hz. The excitation beam (S) is deflected in a key relationship of about 50 percent in two directions (A,B), and is modulated as two excitation beams (A,B), phase shifted at approximately 180 degrees.
|
