System for air conditioning and gentle cooling of rooms uses already existing radiators and cooling systems and cooling appliance and underground pipe system

Air conditioning is achieved using cooling surfaces/flat radiators (2) or an underfloor cooling system (3), connected to a domestic pipe system (6), already installed in rooms. Cooling of the medium contained in radiators and cooling system takes place in an underground pipe system (7), and an additional connected cooling appliance (5). The medium is circulated in the two systems by a pump (4). Heat extracted during cooling is supplied to an underground heat store, pref. a concrete block (8), or it may be extracted via an integrated heat exchanger and supplied pref. to a water tank (9). To prevent condensation on endangered areas, and dew point monitors (10) in cooled rooms interrupt the cooling just before dew point has been reached.
