<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust gas analyzer capable of enhancing the measurement precision, such as concentration or temperature of the ingredient of the exhaust gas and capable of maintaining the condition of enhanced measurement accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: The exhaust gas analyzer, which makes the laser beam generated by the laser diode reflect on the mirrors 30 and 31 to detect the laser beam, transmitted through the exhaust gas exhausted from the engine 2 by the detector 26, and analyzes the exhaust gas by measuring the concentration and temperature of ingredient of the exhausted gas from the received transmission laser beam, is provided with the optical catalyst layers 35 and the laser diode LD6 for making the laser beam for irradiating the optical catalyst layers 35 generated on the mirror surfaces, thereby activating the optical catalyst layers by irradiating the mirrors through the optical fiber 25A to remove the pollution of the exhaust gas adhering to the mirror surface. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
