<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bone chisel for oral implant treatment for permitting the implant treatment for jaw bones with narrow width so that a patient giving up the implanting can enjoy the benefit of the implanting; and to provide an implant adaptable in an excellent shape to an implant hole formed by using the bone chisel, capable of being used soon after the operation and capable of being stably fixed to the jaw bones with narrow width. <P>SOLUTION: A working end part including the cutting edge of the bone chisel bends, and the thickness of the cutting edge is 0.3-6.0 mm. The vertical sectional shape of the cutting edge is circular arc-shaped toward the apex at the tip of the cutting edge. The bone chisel is characterized by a blade formed on the same plane as a virtual plane including a handle and the working end part.
