<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To materialize a highly integrated, low power consumption, high resolution and highly precise skew adjustment circuit using a variable delay circuit which generates loud noise in reset operation, by preventing fluctuation in delay time due to noise interference in the reset operations of other variable delay circuits. <P>SOLUTION: The skew adjustment circuit using the variable delay circuit which generates the loud noise in the reset operations is characterized by performing the reset operations of all the variable delay circuits after delay generation operations of all the variable delay circuits are terminated. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
