<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide automatic door equipment capable of reducing the vexatiousness of a waiting time when power is turned on. <P>SOLUTION: The inside of a door controller 42 is provided with an operation stop means 47 for stopping the operation of a motor 5 on the basis of an ON-signal given by an operation stop switch 43, so as to apparently bring about the same operation-stopped state as in the case of power-off, in the state of maintaining power-on. Even if an equipment-operated state is apparently stopped by performing the operation of turning on the operation stop switch 43, the supply of electric power to the door controller 42 and a magnetic pole position sensor 7 is maintained. The magnetic pole position sensor 7 can continue to generate a pulse signal, and a control computing portion 44 can continue to detect a present position of a door 2. When the operation of putting the operation stop switch 43 into an OFF-state from an ON-state is performed, a door stroke length measurement means 30 does not actuate.
