<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blood bag system for blood preparation which is made stable for environmental conditions such as light and temperature by achieving an increase in and sustainability of inactivation effects of pathogenic microorganisms. <P>SOLUTION: The blood bag system contains one or more container that enables the housing of liquids, a link tube connected liquidtight to the containers and at least one container houses inactivation agents and/or anti-coagulation agents for inactivating the pathogenic microorganisms contained in blood.
