PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition containing henna extract and polyquanternium-64 is provided to prevent static and improve thickness and elasticity of hair. CONSTITUTION: A hair cosmetic composition contains 0.001-20.0% of henna extract and 0.001-10.0% of polyquanternium-64 as active ingredient. The polyquanternium-64 is denoted by chemical formula 2. The hair cosmetic composition is used in the form of hair tonic, hair cream, hair lotion, hair massage, hair liquid, hair spray, hair mousse, treatment, aerosol mousse, soap tablet, water dispersion liquid, power or oil.
