PURPOSE: A surface plasmon resonance sensor system is provided to analyze and sense biological and chemical change of a sample. CONSTITUTION: A surface plasmon resonance sensor system comprises a sensor part(110), an optic module part(120), a photoelectron module part(130), and a light receiving part(140). A metal nano structure layer formed on the top of a conductive thin film and a substrate is successively loaded on the sensor part. The optic module part attached on the bottom of the sensor part leads a first light to the sensor part, and controls the first light for creating a second light which is reflection light to the first light. The photoelectron module part diverges the first light entered to the optic module part, and creates coherent light by collecting the diverged first light and the second light. The light receiving part measures the change caused by the surface plasmon resonance absorption from the coherent light.
