PURPOSE: A tricycle is provided to facilitate the carrying of a product by moving at the folded state. CONSTITUTION: First rotary frames(40) are installed on a fixed frame(30) to be vertically rotatable. A pedal for transmitting the rotary power to a pair of front wheel assemblies(A) through a rear wheel assembly is installed on the first rotary frame. A pair of second rotary frames(60) are installed on the fixed frame to be horizontally rotatable. A pair of front assemblies are rotatably installed on the pair of the second rotary frames. A front wheel rotation regulating unit controls the rotating motion of the first rotary frames and the second rotary frames about the fixed frame.
