PURPOSE: A shock absorbing bracket for a dash-panel of a vehicle is provided to prevent a dash panel from being moved toward a passenger by forming a shock absorbing space by sliding of first and second grooves in a collision accident. CONSTITUTION: A shock absorbing bracket for a dash-panel of a vehicle is composed of a side panel(1), a dash panel(2), a center floor panel(3), and a reinforcing bracket(10). An entrance space through which a passenger moves in and out is formed in the side panel. The dash panel is widthwise combined to the front side of the side panel, and partitions a vehicle room in which a passenger has a seat and an engine room in which an engine is arranged. The center floor panel is combined to the lower part of the side panel and the lower part of the dash panel and supports the vehicle room. The reinforcing bracket is combined to the edge part in which the side panel, the dash panel, and the center floor panel are connected mutually to absorb the shock transmitted in a collision accident. The reinforcing bracket comprises a first reinforcing bracket(20) in which a first groove(25) is formed and a second reinforcing bracket(30) in which a second groove(35) is formed.
