PURPOSE: A circuit selecting device of a substrate is provided to confirm short of a circuit pattern by exposing a head unit of a connector on a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A contact hole(24) is formed on a substrate(20). A circuit pattern(26) is comprised of a first pattern(26a) and a second pattern(26b). The first pattern and the second pattern are formed on both sides of an inner surface of a connection hole. A connector(40) is inserted into the connection hole and electrically connects the first pattern with the second pattern. The connector includes a head unit and a screw unit. The head unit is exposed to the substrate. The screw unit short-circuits the first pattern and the second pattern. An insulation cap(46) surrounds the head unit of the connector.
