PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant temperature and constant humidity device maintaining an internal space in a constant temperature and constant humidity environment. SOLUTION: This constant temperature and constant humidity device 1 has an internal case 30 defining the internal space A, and an external case 31 defining a heat insulating space B between itself and the internal case 30. The constant temperature and constant humidity device 1 has a centrifugal fan 21, a motor 22 and a rotating shaft 23. The centrifugal fan 21 is provided in the internal space A, and the motor 22 is provided in an external space C. The centrifugal fan 21 and the motor 22 are connected to each other through the rotating shaft 23 inserted through a pipe 25 provided in the heat insulating space B. The pipe 25 has extended parts 25a, 25b extended in the plane direction of the internal case 30 and external case 31 from both ends of the pipe 25. The pipe 25 is inserted through the heat insulating space B side from the internal space A side through an opening 30a of the internal case 30. The extended part 25a is face-joined to the internal case 30 from the air conditioning chamber 1b side, and the extended part 25b is face-joined to the external case 31 from the heat insulating space B side.
