PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating film excellent in flexibility and resistance to decomposition reaction which can be activated by a photocatalyst, and to provide a photocatalyst-containing coating composition which can form the coating film. SOLUTION: The photocatalyst-containing coating composition comprises (A) polyhydroxysiloxane having practically no alkoxy group, (B) an aqueous organic binder, and (C) a photocatalyst, wherein, polyhydroxysiloxane concentration in the total solid of (A) the polyhydroxysiloxane having practically no alkoxy group and (B) the aqueous organic binder is 50-95 mass%.
