According to the present invention, since underwater darkness can be controlled using the blind (60), and underwater brightness and flow rate can be differentiated according to water depth through installation of the blind inlet (40) in multiple layers, it is possible to create an environment which is very close to an actual natural and ecological environment, according to water depth, and thereby it is possible to very accurately and reliably examine or study an underwater ecological environment.
