PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To move over a step approximately half of a wheel diameter.SOLUTION: A wheel 3 is arranged on a front part of a vehicle body 2 so as to be rotatably driven. The wheel 3 has magnetic attractive force, and includes unevenness with locking protrusions 7 arrayed in a circumferential direction on an outer circumferential surface. A tail part 9 having the magnetic attractive force is protruded backward on a rear part of the vehicle body 2 to form a magnetic traveling surface attracting and moving device 1. When the magnetic traveling surface attracting and moving device 1 reaches a step 6 of another traveling surface 4b on a surface of a traveling surface forming member 5 in traveling on a traveling surface 4a which attracts the wheel 3 and the tail part 9, the device 1 locks the locking protrusions 7 of the wheel 3 on an end edge 5a of the traveling surface forming member 5, and rotates the wheel 3 in this state so that the wheel 3 is separated from the traveling surface 4a in front of the step 6 and is made to get over the traveling surface 4b with the step 6. Then, the tail part 9 is made to get over the traveling surface 4b with the step 6 from the original traveling surface 4a by following forward travelling of the wheel 3 on the traveling surface 4b so as to carry out movement over the step 6. |
