Disclosed is a method and system for issuing and redemption of electronic coupons. The system comprises comprise a campaign module, a coupon issuance module and a coupon redemption module. The campaign module receives multiple campaigns corresponding to multiple products. The campaign module further renders a set of campaigns on a consumer device. The coupon issuance module enables a consumer to perform actions corresponding to one or more campaigns based upon coupon issuance rules. Further, the coupon issuance module assigns a code to the one or more campaigns, wherein the one or more campaigns assigned with the code indicate a set of electronic coupons issued to the consumer. The coupon redemption module validates the set of electronic coupons by comparing product metadata of the purchased products with the multiple campaigns. Further, the coupon redemption module redeems each of the set of electronic coupons to the consumer based upon coupon redemption rules. |
