A watch antenna and a watch. The watch antenna comprises: a seam (2) positioned on a metal watchcase (1), a feed part (3) positioned on the seam (2), and a printed circuit board (PCB) (6) provided with a transmitting circuit and a receiving circuit, wherein the seam (2) is a non-metallic material, an absolute value of a difference between the length of the seam (2) and a half of a central wavelength is smaller than or equal to a preset threshold value; and the feed part (3) positioned on the seam (2) is connected to the feed part (3) on the PCB (6) via a radio frequency cable (5), and is connected to one side of the seam (2). In the above technical solution, a seam (2) on a metal watchcase (1) is configured to realize an antenna, the bandwidth of the antenna is only related to the position of a feed part (3) on the seam (2), and the performance of the antenna is only related to the position of the seam (2) on the metal watchcase (1) and the length of the seam (2), thereby simply realizing the antenna. |
