Disclosed is a PCB transfer device, particularly a PCB transfer device for use in a small SMT automatic assembly printing process, comprising: a transfer mechanism (10) for carrying a PCB to move; an elastic support mechanism (20) for enhancing the carrying strength of the transfer mechanism (10); a restraining mechanism (30) arranged above the transfer mechanism (10), the lower contact surface of the restraining mechanism (30) being smoother than the upper contact surface of the transfer mechanism (10); a driving mechanism (40) for driving the transfer mechanism (10); and a machine base (50), with all the above mechanisms being mounted on the machine base (50). When the transfer mechanism (10) is loaded, the elastic support mechanism (20) and the transfer mechanism (10) always press the PCB between the lower contact surface of the restraining mechanism (30) and the upper contact surface of the transfer mechanism (10). By using the elastic support structure, the PCB can be pressed and transferred on the transfer mechanism, so as to omit the components with a relative large vertical height, such as an air cylinder, reduce the vertical height of the whole device, enhance the strength of the transfer mechanism such that it cannot be easily deformed during the mounting operation, and significantly prolong the service life of the transfer device. |
