A touch display screen and a manufacturing method therefor, and a display device, which relate to the field of touch display. The touch display screen comprises a display panel and a cover plate substrate (6) which are stacked, wherein one side of the display panel facing the cover plate substrate (6) comprises a pattern region with touch electrode patterns (3) and blank regions among the touch electrode patterns (3), and a blanking pattern (7) of a same material with the touch electrode patterns (3) and at least corresponding to the blank region is provided between the display panel and the cover plate substrate (6), thereby avoiding the phenomenon of seeing a profile of the touch electrode pattern (3) from the exterior in an ordinary environment where lights of a backlight module are not turned on or under highlight, and achieving the purpose of blanking.
