摘要 [Problem] To provide a manipulator that is thin, has high strength, and is easy to operate. [Solution] The manipulator is provided with: a cylindrical housing (10) that is long in the front-back direction; a stationary hollow shaft (20) that is non-rotatably fixed to a center part of the housing (10); a cylindrical rotary shaft (30) that is annularly disposed around the stationary hollow shaft (20) and is rotatably supported by an inner circumferential surface of the housing (10); a rotary drive mechanism (40) that is disposed around the stationary hollow shaft (20) inside the housing (10) and rotationally drives the cylindrical rotary shaft (30); a cylindrical connection member (50) that is connected to the front end side of the cylindrical rotary shaft (30) so as to be integrally rotatable therewith, is rotatably supported by an inner circumferential surface on the front end side of the housing (10), and projects forward from the front end of the housing (10); and a working tool section (60) that is connected to the front end side of the cylindrical connection member (50) so as to be integrally rotatable therewith and is operated by electric power supplied from a power supply cable (1).
