The present invention relates to an adaptor for connecting multi-channel optical connectors that connects two optical connectors, each of which includes a plug housing having a ferrule therein with which optical fibers that form a plurality of channels are aligned and connected, in order to transmit light through the corresponding channels, and is capable of attenuating the light, the adaptor comprising: a connection housing that has a receiving part that is open at opposite sides thereof such that the plug housings of the optical connectors may be inserted into, and received in, the openings, respectively; and a multi-channel attenuation block mounted in the connection housing and having attenuation channels corresponding to the channels of the optical connectors to attenuate incident light and transmit the attenuated light. The adaptor for connecting multi-channel optical connectors, which is applicable to an optical attenuator, is advantageous in that the adaptor can connect with multi-channel optical connectors, attenuate light, and transmit the attenuated light. |
