The hybrid arm according to one embodiment of the present invention is made from a metallic material and may comprise: a first main body having a plurality of end portions; a second main body formed to fill inside the first main body by being insert-injected into the first main body; and a ball joint formed integrally with a first end portion of the plurality of end portions of the first main body, wherein the ball joint may comprise: a reinforcing member coupled to the first end portion; a bearing member having a space therein; a ball stud comprising a ball rotatably inserted into the space in the bearing member, and a rod extending upwards from the ball; and a housing disposed between the reinforcing member and the bearing member, and formed integrally with the second main body.
