Provided is a slide-type lid structure for a container that opens and closes an opening part formed in a container main body by a sliding movement. The slide-type lid structure for a container comprises a shutter (14) and rails. The shutter (14) is provided to be slidable in the direction of opening and closing the opening part. The rails form a guide groove (50) that guides the shutter (14) in a freely sliding manner. The shutter (14) is divided into a shutter lower (20) and a shutter upper (30) on the outer side. The shutter lower (20) has a main body (23) that is bendable in the sliding direction, and end portions (25) that slide in the guide groove (50). The shutter upper (30) has a panel (33) that is bendable in the sliding direction and end portions (34) that slide in the guide groove (50). One abutting part (37) biases another abutting part (main body 23), whereby the end portions (25) of the shutter lower (20) and the end portions (34) of the shutter upper (30) are biased to the rails.
